NL – Wölbern Invest acquires office building “Number One”

(February 2012) – Wölbern Invest has acquired the office building “Number One” in Amsterdam from Biesterbos. The Dutch team of the CVO Group supported Wölbern with technical due diligence services.

The office building compromises about 28.700 m2 LFA with approx. 434 parking spaces. The as ‘Green Building’ certified office building is fully leased to Hema and VNU.

NL – Warburg-Henderson acquires office building “Haagsche Hof” in The Hague

Warburg-Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft has purchased the office building “Haagsche Hof” in The Hague. CVO supported the investor with technical due diligence services.

The “Haagsche Hof” is a multi tenant office building, located at the in the Parkstraat 83-89, which is right in the centre of The Hague. It has around 11.000 m2 LFA and 303 parking spaces.

 

Besides by CVO the investor was supported by Houthoff Buruma and Savills.

NL – “De Monarch I” handed over to Union Investment

The “De Monarch I” office building in The Hague was handed over to Union Investment. CVO supported the investor with project monitoring services during the development and execution of the project, further to the (technical) due diligence.

The appr. 18.000 m2 building and related parking facilities are fully in use by its tenant CAK.

 

The building has a BREEAM-NL Excellent certificate; it is the first stand-alone office building within a phased larger office building development in the “Beatrix-kwartier”.

 

At present the so-called “Monarch II” office building is being developed; soon its construction will start. CVO is monitoring this development on behalf of its investor Hanseatic Funds.
