NL - LaSalle Investment Management acquires office building Prins Clauslaan 20 in The Hague

LaSalle Investment Management (LIM) acquired the office building Prins Clauslaan 20 in The Hague. The CVO Group supported the investor with technical due diligence services.

LIM acted on behalf of one of its managed funds. The property was sold by MN.

The property consists of an office building of approx. 18.490 m2 LFA with related parking facilities and two commercial units of in total approx. 370 m2 LFA.

 

The property was completed in 1997 and has since then been occupied in its entirety. It is leased by the Government Buildings Agency as part of The Hague’s Palace of Justice. The centrally located building, in the prime office area of The Hague, benefits from an A level EPC rating.

 

Besides by the CVO Group LIM was advised by Loyens&Loeff and JLL.

NL - PingProperties acquires two office buildings in Groningen

PingProperties has acquired two office buildings on Cascadeplein in Groningen. The CVO Group supported the investor in the pre-acquisition phase with (technical) due diligence services.

PingProperties acted for and on behalf of its Corporate Office fund IV CV. PingProperties  has been owing four properties on the Cascadeplein location since 2011 and is now extending its ownership with two adjacent buildings. With the purchase of the adjacent buildings, the size of the fund has expanded by approx. 9.500 m² LFA, bringing the total property owned by the fund to approx. 30.000 m² LFA.

The Cascade office complex is situated at a unique location in the centre of Groningen, immediately next to the central station.

 

Besides by the CVO Group the investor was assisted by DLA Piper and Nadorp.
