NL – Urban Industrial acquires logistics property in Nieuwegein

The new logistics real estate platform Urban Industrial acquired the logistics complex at Ravenswade 54-100 in Nieuwegein from Valad European Income Fund (VEIF). CVO Group supported the investor in the pre-acquisition phase with technical due diligence services.

The complex comprises 16 units with a total of 25.000 sqm LFA

 

Besides by the CVO Group the investor was assisted by Houthoff Buruma.

NL – Bryant Park Netherlands acquires office building Zuidtoren in Hoofddorp

Bryant Park Netherlands, a real estate fund of MCAP Global Finance (UK) LLP, acquired the “Zuidtoren” office building in Hoofddorp. The CVO Group supported the investor in the pre-acquisition phase with technical due diligence services. Equity Trust represented MCAP as its Investment Manager. The vendor is Beleggingsconsortium Hoofddorp Beheer represented by Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance.

Zuidtoren, Hoofddorp

 

The high-rise office building consists of approx. 17.000 sqm LFA and 175 underground parking spaces.

It is located in the Beukenhorst-Zuid office area at the Taurusavenue 1-141 in Hoofddorp.

The building is almost fully let. The main tenants are: The Walt Disney Company, Seafox Operations, SHV Energy and Western Digital.
