NL – Handover new headquarters of Akzo Nobel in Amsterdam to Union Investment

The new headquarters building of Akzo Nobel has been handed over to investor Union Investment. CVO supported the investor in the pre-acquisition phase with technical due diligence services and during the construction of the building by Dura Vermeer with project monitoring services.

The building, designed by Dutch architect Group A, consists of approx. 18.000 sqm LFA and related parking spaces. The building has a BREEAM-NL Excellent certificate and it is fully let to Akzo Nobel. The office building is located in the prestigious Zuidas area in Amsterdam.

Besides by the CVO Group the investor was assisted by Loyens & Loeff and Savills.
