Office building “Borneo” sold to Irish pension fund

The CVO Group supported an Irish pension fund on the acquisition of the 5.025 m2 “Borneo” office building in The Hague, The Netherlands, with (technical) due diligence services. NL Real Estate - Knight Frank and Houthoff were members of the acquisition support team.
