Logistics development in Apeldoorn acquired by Edmond de Rothschild

The CVO Group advised an investment fund of Edmond de Rothschild on the acquisition of an about 11.000 m2 logistics development in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. CVO will monitor the development and construction works for the investor. The property will be leased out to KAVO.
