Groundbreaking of CVO Group social housing development

On 29 November 2024, the construction of a CVO Group social housing development officially started. At the corner of the Eenhoornsingel and the Dr. Bakstraat in Maastricht, the Netherlands, a building comprising of 65 sustainable social housing apartments will be built. The practical completion is set for 2026.

This landmark development is an initiative of the CVO Group in association with Stuijts Beheer B.V. The architectural design of the building is by Widdershoven Architecten B.V. and Ingenieursbureau Van der Werf & Nass are the structural engineers.

The development was sold to Wonen Limburg, a leading regional housing corporation. The Maastricht-based contracting company Smeets Bouw will realise the building.
