International Campus acquires Campus Fascinatio development in Capelle a/d IJssel

The Dutch CVO Group team supported International Campus (IC) in the acquisition of the Campus Fascinatio student housing development in Capelle aan den IJssel.

Construction of the building, which will contain approximately 342 student housing units, will start in August 2025. The CVO Group will supervise and monitor the construction works for and on behalf of IC.
