NL – Mariëndaal Centre of Excellence handed over to PingProperties

The “Mariëndaal Centre of Excellence” in Arnhem was handed over to PingProperties. The Dutch team of the CVO Group supported the investor with project monitoring services during the development and execution of the project, further to the (technical) due diligence.

The MCE has about 21.936 m2 LFA and a total of 565 parking spaces. It will house the Headquarters of the TenneT company. The tenant fit out works presently are in progress.

The property actually is owned by an office investment fund that is managed by PingProperties.

The building was developed by BGB Ontwikkeling C.V.; GroupA Architects designed it.
