NL - HIH acquires office building development 400 Beethovenstraat in Amsterdam

The Hamburg based investor HIH Global Invest GmbH acquired the office building development "400 Beethovenstraat" in Amsterdam. The CVO Group supported HIH in the pre-acquisition phase with (technical) due diligence services.
The office building with approx. 12.882 m² LFA and about 130 dedicated underground parking spaces will be built in the prestigious Zuidas Gershwin-area in Amsterdam. The main tenant of the building will be the Nauta Dutilh law firm.
The building will have a “BREEAM-NL Excellent” sustainability level; its practical completion is foreseen in the second quarter of 2015.
Besides by the CVO Group the investor was assisted by DRS Makelaars, Lexence and KPMG.
