NL - Blackrock acquires Danone DC development in Cuijk

CVO assisted Blackrock on the acquisition of the 56.000 m2 logistics development for Danone. The building will be built next to an existing Danone plant in Cuijk.

Volkerwessels Logistics Development envisages completing the construction in Q4 of 2021.
The CVO team is monitoring the construction works on behalf of Blackrock.

Besides by CVO the Blackrock team was advised by Clifford Chance and Cushman & Wakefield.
