The Dutch CVO Group team supported CBRE GI on the selling of a portfolio of 5 large-scale shopping centers in the Netherlands. Further to a thorough vendor due diligence, the CVO team provided multidisciplinary support to the CBRE GI team during the entire selling process up to and including the closing of the transaction with the Buyer.

The sold properties are:

• Winkelcentrum Corridor & Passage, Veenendaal;
• Mercurius Centrum, Assen;
