NL - “De Monarch II” handed over to Hanseatic Funds

“De Monarch II” office building in The Hague was handed over to APG Hanseatic Funds Asset- und Fondsmanagement GmbH. CVO supported the investor with project monitoring services during the development and execution of the project, further to the (technical) due diligence.
The approx. 13.500 m² building with related parking facilities is located in the heart of the Beatrix district in the Central Business District of The Hague. The building has a BREAAM-NL Excellent rating.
