ELFI acquires large scale Merwede B11, plot 1 residential development in Utrecht

The Dutch CVO Group-team supported ELFI on the successful acquisition of a development of 171 sustainable residential units in Utrecht. The so-called Merwede B11, plot1 development was sold to ELFI by Greystar. Start of construction is envisaged for spring of 2026.
