NL - Frasers Property Industrial acquires 99.000 m2 development site in Breda

The CVO team supported Frasers Property Industrial on the acquisition of a 99.000 m2 development site in Breda, the Netherlands.

In co-operation with Roozen van Hoppe Frazers will develop a 50.000 m2 state of the art logistics facility on the plot, called CityLog Campus Breda.
CVO will support the Frazers team during the upcoming development and construction phases.

Besides CVO, a team of Loyens & Loeff supported Frasers on the acquisition.
