NL - Graaco sells its large-scale logistics facility in Coevorden

The Graaco logistics and production facility in Coevorden was sold to a private investors group. CVO supported the seller prior to and during the selling process.

The 200.000 m2 plot of Graaco houses about 70.000 m2 of production and logistics facilities. The Dutch team of CVO prepared a vendor due diligence report of this large-scale property and advised Graaco regarding certain principles of the selling process.

Besides by CVO, the Graaco team also was advised by NL Real Estate and CMS.
