NL – Handover new office building Stibbe in Amsterdam to Union Investment.

The new office building of Stibbe has been handed over to the investor, Union Investment. CVO supported the investor in the pre-acquisition phase with technical due diligence services and during the construction of the building by Dura Vermeer with project monitoring services.

The building, a design by Jo Coenen Architects and Urbanists, consists of approx. 15.000 sqm LFA and related parking spaces. The building has a BREEAM-NL Excellent certificate and it is fully let to law firm Stibbe. The office building is located 10 in the prestigious Zuidas area in Amsterdam.

Besides by the CVO Group the investor was assisted by Loyens&Loeff and Savills.
