NL - Blackstone acquires the so-called “Hattrick” logistics property portfolio
Blackstone acquires the so-called “Hattrick” portfolio. The CVO Group supported the investor with technical and environmental due diligence services in the pre-acquisition phase. Blackstone acted for and on behalf of Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe IV.
The portfolio comprises three logistics real estate properties. The properties are situated in Tilburg, Roosendaal and Wijchen, the Netherlands.
The “Tilburg” property is situated at the Posthoornstraat 1 in the Kraaiven industrial area in Tilburg. This industrial area of in total approx. 200 hectares is situated along the Wilhelminakanaal in the northern part of Tilburg.
Logistic facility Roosendaal
The “Roosendaal” property is situated at the Gewenten 41 in the Borchwerf I industrial area in Roosendaal. This industrial area is situated in the Northern part of Roosendaal alongside the A17 motorway.
Logistic facility Wijchen
The “Wijchen” property is situated at Bijsterhuizen 20e straat nr. 2007 in the Bijsterhuizen north industrial area. This industrial area is situated to the north of Wijchen and to the west of Nijmegen.
Besides by CVO the investor was advised by Loyens & Loeff, JLL and Deloitte.
