New DC for Hunkemöller in Almere operational

The Dutch CVO Group team recently completed its project monitoring activities for the 42,000 m² brand-new distribution centre (DC) of Hunkemöller in Almere. The DC has been operational since the beginning of 2024. CVO supported the owner of this landmark property during the acquisition stage as well as throughout the entire construction process up to and including the contractor’s defects liability period.
