NL - Perial acquires the PostOffice re-development in The Hague

A fund of French investors Perial has acquired the 25.000 m2 PostOffice re-development project in The Hague.
CVO supported the fund during the pre-acquisition phase and CVO will monitor the completion of the development works for the fund.

The existing PostOffice building near the Holland Spoor railway station in The Hague is subject to re-development into an up-to-date multi-tenant office building. Its practical completion is scheduled for Q2 in 2021.

Besides by CVO, the Perial team also was advised by Corestate, JLL and Nauta Dutilh/Greenberg Traurig.
