NL – PPF acquires Hofplein 19 office building in Rotterdam

PPF Real Estate Holding acquired the iconic office building Hofplein 19 in city centre of Rotterdam. The vendor was Hofplein OG C.V. CVO supported the investor in the acquisition phase technical due diligence and re-development strategy services.

The office building will be full scale renovated to a modern and efficient office building.

The building was designed by Dutch architect C.A. Abspoel and it was constructed in 1960 for its - that time user - Shell. It consists of approx. 13.000 sqm LFA and related parking spaces. It is due for redevelopment by its new owner.

Besides by the CVO Group the investor was assisted by NL Real Estate.
