Provast acquires the UWV-office building in Alkmaar

The CVO Group team successfully advised Provast on the acquisition of the UWV-office building in Alkmaar. The building has a floor space of about 11.000 m2. The building was sold by a fund of the Harbert Management Corporation in partnership with QUAN Investors.
