CVO Group residential development Dr. Bakstraat Maastricht completed

The 65 unit residential development, that was initiated by CVO Group in association with Stuyts Beheer B.V., at the Dr Bakstraat in Maastricht was successfully completed and handed over in September 2026.

In 2024 the development was sold to Wonen Limburg who contracted Smeets Bouw for the construction works that started in 2024.

The property was designed by Widdershoven Architecten B.V.
