NL - Shopping centre “Bos en Lommerplein” in Amsterdam sold

The CVO Group team in the Netherlands advised the seller of the 12.000 sqm shopping center “Bos en Lommerplein” in Amsterdam. Besides retail units the sold property encompasses about 534 underground car parking spaces and a recently built pavilion at the upgraded “Bos en Lommerplein”.

In co-operation with Roozen van Hoppe Frazers will develop a 50.000 m2 state of the art logistics facility on the plot, called CityLog Campus Breda.
The seller at this successful transaction was represented by Propertize and Hudson advisors. Besides the CVO team the seller was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate, City Real Estate and Loyens & Loeff.
