NL – Renovated Siemens office building The Hague handed over to PingProperties fund.

The renovated and phased upgraded office complex of Siemens at the Beatrixlaan in The Hague was handed over to its owner, i.e. the PingProperties Corporate Office Fund VII. The Dutch team of the CVO Group supported the owner in the pre-acquisition phase with due diligence services, also including contract definition support, and during the renovation phase of the building with monitoring services.

The asset, originally built in 1972, was completely upgraded with new installations and it has a new fit out designed by JHK architects. It has achieved a LEED Gold certificate for New Constructions and Major Renovations.

The complex at Beatrixlaan 800 in the prestigious office area Beatrixkwartier in The Hague has approximately 29.000 sqm LFA of office space and it is fully let to Siemens Nederland.
