ES - PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has taken over the retail space of a prestigious listed building

PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has taken over the retail space of a prestigious listed building in Malaga (Spain) from Grupo Nergosa. The Spanish team of the CVO Group supported Patrizia with technical and environmental due diligence services.

The listed building, constructed in a modernist style in 1912, was fully refurbished in 2011. It is located in Plaza de Félix Saénz, one of the main pedestrian areas of Malaga.

The retail space, with 1.824 m² distributed in 2 floors, is leased to the fashion retailer H&M on a long-term lease.

This is the first acquisition of Patrizia in the Spanish market.
