Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH is completing the refurbishments works to shopping center Ballonti, in Bilbao (Spain). The Spanish team of the CVO Group is supporting Deka with project monitoring services.

Ballonti shopping center, with 52.600 m² LFA and 120 units, was opened in 2008. Eroski, Inditex, H&M, C&A, and Primark are main anchors.

This first phase upgrading works mainly comprise of improvements to facades, main entrances, shop units visibility and food-court terrace. Additional refurbishment works are scheduled for 2015/2016.
