NL - Commerz Real AG has acquired a student residential complex “Pallars” in Barcelona

The residential complex is currently under construction for its Commerz Real Institutional Smart Living Europe Fund. The Seller was a joint venture between Henderson Park and Hines.

CVO supported the Fund during the pre-acquisition phase, and CVO will monitor the Fund's completion of the development works.

The residential complex is located the “22@” district (a leading innovation and technology centre in Barcelona), and its practical completion is scheduled for Q3 in 2022.
