NL - PPF acquires office building Wilhelminatoren in Rotterdam

PPF Real Estate Holding acquired the office building Wilhelminatoren In Rotterdam from Gula International. CVO supported the vendor with technical due diligence services.

The multi-tenant building consists of approx. 16.200 m2 LFA and 185 parking spaces. The office building is located at Wilhelminaplein 1-40 in the Dutch port city.

Besides by the CVO Group the vendor was assisted by DLA Piper and Savills.
